5. User Content

You may have the opportunity to create, upload, or share content through the Services (e.g., completed artwork). You retain ownership of your content, but by uploading it, you grant ColorVerse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to upload and share your content.
• Your content does not infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Your content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any user content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. In-App Purchases

ColorVerse offers certain features and content (e.g., premium templates) through in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with your purchases.
